A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy and is applied toward the puppy purchase price.

If the sale cannot be completed due to any unforeseen circumstances, payments may be refunded or transferred to another puppy or future litter.

The balance due must be paid in full at puppy pickup/delivery unless different arrangements are agreed to in writing.

Storybook Goldendoodles provides a two (2) year warranty against life-inhibiting genetic defects diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian.

If a covered life-inhibiting genetic defect is diagnosed during the warranty period, Storybook Goldendoodles will offer a replacement puppy of comparable value when one becomes available OR at least 50% of the original puppy purchase price.

The Buyer is NOT required to return or surrender the dog in order to use this warranty.

The Buyer must provide veterinary records supporting the diagnosis. Storybook Goldendoodles may request additional veterinary information when needed.

This warranty applies only to covered life-inhibiting genetic defects and does not cover other conditions or circumstances unrelated to a covered genetic defect. Veterinary expenses after the puppy goes home are the Buyer's responsibility.

The puppy will receive a veterinary examination, available vaccinations, and deworming prior to puppy delivery. The records will be provided to the Buyer. The Buyer should have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.

The Buyer agrees to provide appropriate veterinary care and humane care throughout the dog's life.

Genetic testing shows that both the sire and dam carry a rare recessive coat-color gene. Genetic traits and their expression may vary among individual puppies.

Storybook Goldendoodles does not guarantee a puppy's adult size, appearance, coat characteristics, allergy response, exact temperament, or behavior.

We do not guarantee hypoallergenic coats. We also do not require the use of any specific brand of food or supplement.

Unless otherwise approved in writing, puppies are sold as pets/companions without breeding rights.

Breeding rights require prior written approval, a separate breeding-rights agreement, and an additional premium fee.

Breeding rights do not include a guarantee of breeding or reproductive results.

A dog sold with contract-written breeding rights between buyer and Storybook Goldendoodles may be intentionally bred.

If the Buyer can no longer keep the dog, the Buyer agrees to contact Storybook Goldendoodles before surrendering or rehoming the dog. Storybook Goldendoodles may assist with rehoming when possible.

This document and any signed puppy-specific or breeding-rights agreement contain the terms agreed upon between Storybook Goldendoodles and the Buyer. Any additional guarantee or change must be agreed to in writing. The buyer and seller agree to this written agreement from a singular perspective of its entirety.

By signing the printable contract, the Buyer confirms that they have read, agree to, and understand this agreement.
